Massage:

Swedish Massage:
using long, flowing strokes to relax stressed muscles. Applying range of motion and stretches help alleviate joint pain.

30 Minute Massage
30-minute massages are specifically targeted to a particular area, such as your neck or back. It’s the perfect and natural way to feel refreshed during or after your workday.

60 Minute Massage
Customized to the persons needs. If you need deeper treatment or not so deep the massage therapist will adjust the pressure - Just let them know.

Hot Stone Therapy:
The healing power of warmed stones has been recognized by numerous cultures for centuries. The deep heat of the basalt (river rock) stones penetrates the muscles, providing an immediate relaxation response. Mentally, the individual can reach a state of relaxation within minutes of applying the first stones. This deep state of relaxation usually takes 15-20 minutes to occur in a traditional massage. Smooth, hot basalt stones are placed on a client's body. Warm stones may be placed in the palms and/or between the toes. The massage therapist may also use the hot stones to perform soothing, long massage strokes.

Hot Stone Massage:
Before you arrive, the massage therapist sanitizes the stones and heats them in 120 and 150 degree water. The therapist uses traditional strokes of swedish massage while holding a heated stone. As the stone cools, the therapist replaces it with another.The therapist might also leave heated stones in specific points along your spine, or in the palms of your hand, or even between your toes to improve the flow of energy in your body. If you have inflammation or muscle injury, cold stones are sometimes used.

Couples Massage:
is one of the hottest services at the spa right now. Two people are massaged in the same room, at the same time, by two different therapists. It can be a husband and wife, girlfriend and boyfriend, moms and daughters sometimes or best friends.

Pregnancy Massage:
Being pregnant causes a strain on your body. We will provide a relaxing massage to release tension caused by the changes of being pregnant. You will be able to snuggle into a body pillow as the therapist melts your tensions away.during pregnancy is therapeutic bodywork which focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of the childbirth experience.

Spa Treatments:

Paraffin Bath Therapy:
is one of the most effective methods of applying heat to relieve pain and stiffness. A warm paraffin bath relaxes muscles, relieves stiffness and muscle spasms, and stimulates circulation. The warm paraffin also moisturizes for healthier looking, softer skin.

Thai Herbal Ball Treatment:
called “Prakob” in Thai and one of the hottest spa treatments, they have been used for at least 1,000 years. This treatment consists of the application of these steamed and heated herb balls to the client’s body, working the energy lines with quick rolling motions. Once the ball cools, acupressure points or problem areas can be worked with applied deep compressions/pressure. Great for sinus congestion, muscle aches & pains, bloating, cold/flu season, stimulating circulation & lymphatic flow, or as pure relaxation.

Aromatherapy:
Candles are used in the room for a relaxing feeling.  The low light and soft music is to help with relaxation. A heated massage table can assist in the relaxation process. (Added to massage)

Body Scrubs:
remove the dead skin allowing the soft, younger looking skin underneath to be seen and felt. Our Body Scrubs are designed to remove the dead skin while providing nourishment and moisturizers for the layers underneath. The scents soothe the mind with the benefits of aromatherapy while the scrubs replenish what the body needs. A Scrub can be used once or several times a week.

Reflexology:
Did you know that your whole body is reflected in your feet? Connect with your soul through your soles and get grounded. This ancient tradition dates back to the Egyptians (and probably beyond), utilizing gentle strokes and holds of various pressure points in the feet (and hands) to positively affect the entire body’s wellness. Session can include just feet or hands & feet.
Rates: 1 hour: $60, 30 minutes: $35

Myofacial Release Massage:
This is a soft tissue therapy that includes structural assessments and manual massage techniques for stretching the fascia and releasing bonds between fascia, integument, muscles and bones.  The goal is to eliminating pain and increase range of motion and balancing the body.

Shiatsu:
is a deep tissue form of the Japanese healing arts. This technique comprises a full body treatment involving rhythmic finger pressure to balance your body's energy.

Reiki:
Reiki is an energy healing for those who want to experience the best of both worlds. A Reiki session lasts 90 minutes and includes both a full body Swedish massage and Reiki work on all of the major energy centers of the body.is a Tibetan healing art wherein life energy is channeled to your body with very subtle hand pressure from the therapist, to strengthen your energy system and promote natural healing. "* this can be added to your treatments at shorter intervals"

Craniosacral:
A subtle, light-pressured, yet powerful technique that can effect great change within the body by working with the muscles that attach to the bones in the cranium, spine, and sacrum to effect postural integration. Great for conditions such as: TMJ disfunction, scoliosis, postural imbalances, anxiety, headaches, thoracic outlet syndrome, relief after dental visits or other stressful events. No oils are used and client may remain fully clothed in comfortable, non-binding clothes.
Rates: I hour: $75, 75 minutes: $85, 1 hour and a half: $95

Bhrigha uses herbal balls that are made from organic herbs wrapped in organic cotton. These herbs are grown in one of the most pristine parts of Thailand where there are no chemicals, pollution, or toxins in the environment – not even any cars! It is said that where these herbs are grown is some of the purest soil in the world! Some of the herbs included are: Camphor, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Plai (a Thai ginger), Kaffir lime, Tamarind leaf, Menthol, Ginger Root, and Jasmine. Some recipes are secret family recipes passed down through the generations. The client is suggested to wear dark loose clothing, as the herb balls leave a tea-like residue that washes out quite easily.
Rates: I hour: $75, 30 minutes: $40 (as an Add-On treatment)

Barefoot Shiatsu:
Using hands, elbows, and of course feet, the therapist works along the meridians (energy lines) of the entire body to unblock, stimulate, and release stuck energy and muscular holding patterns that inhibit relaxation & normal functioning. No oils are used and client may remain fully clothed in comfortable clothes while lying on thick & comfy organic cotton mats. This work can be similar to deep tissue/neuromuscular and adjusted to client’s needs.

Neuromuscular Therapy:
NMT is a thorough program of recovery from acute and chronic pain syndromes which utilizes specific massage therapy, flexibility stretching, and home care to eliminate the causes of most neuromuscular pain patterns. This specific and scientific approach to muscular pain relief will help to bring about balance between the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system. NMT enhances the function of joints, muscles and biomechanics (movement) and it releases endorphins, the body's own natural pain killers. It can be part of a comprehensive program, complementing all other health care modalities.

Acupressure:
is often referred to as “acupuncture without needles.” Using the same theory used in acupuncture, acupressure involves stimulation of the energy points to release stuck energy and allow the smooth flow of chi.

Thai Yoga Massage:
aka Traditional Thai Massage, is an ancient healing art with roots that date back thousands of years and can be traced to Ayurveda , Yoga, Reflexology, Chinese acupuncture, and Japanese Shiatsu. The therapist uses their hands, feet, forearms, knees, and elbows to apply gentle but deep pressure and stretches to the client’s fully clothed body on thick & comfy organic cotton mats on the floor. No oils or lotions are used during this treatment. You may want to add-on a Thai Herbal Ball treatment to finish off the session in truly traditional manner. Classical Pilates:
Pilates is a total body-conditioning system that uses low repetitions of exercises & was designed to develop core stability & strength. It lengthens & elongates the body for a leaner look & feel; it has long been used by dancers & athletes to recover from injuries & to improve their performance. Anyone can benefit from Pilates, as it helps you move more efficiently & carries over into your everyday activities. 2-3 sessions per week are suggested to see the best results.
